Winter Fruit Salad

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp honey


  1. Combine the lime juice and honey in a small bowl, and set aside.

  2. Peel and slice the oranges and kiwis. Chop them into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Slice and seed the pomegranate. Use 1 cup of the seeds in this recipe. Save the rest for something else.

  4. Combine the oranges, kiwi, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds in a mixing bowl. Pour over the lime-honey mixture and mix carefully.

  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve!
