I’m a total Disney girl (if you haven’t picked up on that already). I’ve been known to tear up or even cry like a baby at any number of Disney movies, no matter how many times I’ve seen it. So many of my favorite movies have iconic love stories with scenes that just rip at my heart each time. With Valentine’s Day coming up, what better way to get in the Valentine’s spirit than with some Disney romance and magic? 






So, here are my favorite romantic and/or adorable moments from some of my favorite Disney films.

Olaf and Anna share a moment in Frozen. I wasn’t a fan of the movie overall, but this particular scene got me. And Olaf is totally right. 

That spaghetti dinner in Lady and the Tramp… because of course. 

When Belle and Beast dance together in Beauty and the Beast… it’s such a pivotal point in the movie, and one of the best sequences in all of Disney. 

The entire “A Whole new World” sequence in Aladdin… I cried when this part came in the Broadway show. Actually cried. 

In The Aristocats, when Thomas O’Malley tells Duchess she has sparking sapphire eyes, and then later when they’re on the roof, he really notices…

The ball/gala/party in The Princess Diaries when Mia and Michael finally get it… and meanwhile everyone watching is like, “YES COME ON, IT’S ABOUT TIME!”

Every second of of “I See the Light” from Tangled. 

Simba & Nala totally denying their love for each other as cubs, and then being completely adorable later… oh yes, we feel the love tonight. 

Hercules & Meg. That is all. So awkward in the beginning, so adorable by the end. 

And I hear the first 15 minutes of Up! is pretty romantic (and sad)…but I’ve never seen it, so…
