I always get in a very Earl Grey mood when spring comes around every year. It’s floral and citrusy and everything that’s perfect about springtime. As much as I love a nice cuppa Earl Grey tea, I’ve been experimenting with adding Earl Grey flavors to some other baked items. Most recently, I made a batch of Earl Grey Donuts, and they turned out so good, I had to share them here.
This post was last updated March 2021. I’ve always been a tea drinker. Sweet tea runs in my blood, but I’ll never say no to a cup of hot tea, especially on a chilly or rainy day. I keep a stash of tea in my desk at work and drink at least a cup a day. The green tea keeps me going when the 3:00 slump hits. My latest obsession, though, is the London Fog latte.
