Happy (almost) end of April, y’all! After all the rain we’ve gotten, flowers are in bloom, and I’m happy to see some color around Chattanooga again. As I anticipated, this month totally flew by. I blame that on my social calendar filling up pretty quickly. But I’m certainly not complaining.
My Favorite Things from March
This was originally going to be my Friday Five post for March. But then I got sick and totally lost my voice, and got off-schedule. So it’s arriving a few days later, now that I’m (mostly) recovered and back to the blog.
Friday Five | January 2019
It’s the first Friday Five of 2019! How was the first month of the New Year for all y’all? I jumped right back into my busy routine, but it’s been really great. I’m using this post as a chance to show off a few Christmas presents I haven’t had a chance to talk about yet, and a couple new things from the past month.
Friday Five | November
Happy Last Friday of the Month! But not only is the last Friday of the month, it’s my birthday! Usually I write some kind of reflective post about lessons learned or goals or something, but this year, I’m sticking to my monthly Friday Five. I’ve probably already posted about what I’d write in this birthday post, anyway. So, onward with my Friday Five highlights for November!
Friday Five | October
I swear it feels like I was just writing my September Friday Five post. Do I say that every month? Maybe that’s because I didn’t blog a whole lot this month—sorry, y’all, lots going on behind the scenes! Either way, the end of October is near and it’s time for another edition of Friday Five.
Friday Five | August
Y’all, I’m not gonna lie: August was a rough month. But rough months happen, and I am so glad the month is almost over. I’m in need of a fresh start, and fortunately I’m getting it in the form of moving to a new apartment next week! But in light of trying to find positives even among the most challenging times, for this edition of my Friday Five, I’m sharing five things I’ve learned this month and how I’m going to move forward like a champ.
