Week 1 in Interactive Media–iMedia for short–is absolutely awesome! After introductions and some orientation on Monday, we hit the ground running Tuesday and we will not be slowing down.
The 32 iMedia students were divided into three groups for our digital workshops; each workshop lasts four days, and then we rotate into a new workshop. In my first four days, I’m learning all about photography, video and audio. Our first assignment was to learn to use our fancy DSLR cameras by going out and shooting a couple hundred photos around town and campus, and to pick our best to share in class.
Here are some of the photos I took…just to show y’all what I’ve been up to, and to show y’all some spots at my beautiful new campus!
